Customers may cancel a booked consultation or site survey within 24 hours of booking without any charges. Cancellations made after this period may incur a nominal service fee.
1.2 Solar Project Orders
Once a solar project order is confirmed and the agreement is signed, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the project stage, including design, procurement, and installation progress.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable only for services or payments that have not yet been delivered or initiated. Any advance payments used for site surveys, system design, approvals, or equipment procurement are non-refundable.
2.2 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days through the original payment method used at the time of transaction.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following payments are non-refundable:
Consultation and site survey fees (once completed)
Engineering design and documentation charges
Government approval and statutory fees
Customized equipment or materials ordered for the project
4. Project Delays & Cancellations by Company
In rare cases where a project is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, regulatory issues, or inability to proceed, eligible refunds will be issued after deducting applicable administrative and service costs.
5. Maintenance & AMC Services
For Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) or monitoring services:
Cancellations requested after service activation are non-refundable
Partial refunds may be considered only if services have not yet commenced
6. Changes to Project Scope
Any changes requested by the customer after project confirmation may affect pricing, timelines, and refund eligibility. Revised costs will be shared and approved before proceeding.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to cancellations or refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Our decision will be final and binding, subject to applicable laws.
